Dotty has 22 years of experience selling Napa Valley real estate, specializing in representing luxury homes, vineyards and country retreats and assisting buyers in creating their Napa Valley lifestyle. Creating win/win transactions is what she takes pride in. Since 1985 busy Bay Area executives have entrusted their Napa Valley real estate to Dotty, be it country homes, vineyards or estates, and they continue to be the biggest source of Dotty's referral business. In addition, since 2001, Dotty has been co-owner with her family of Terra Bella Vineyards, a 180 acre ranch in the Adelaida region of Paso Robles where they grow premium Syrah and Grenache for some of the finest wineries as well as producing a small bottling of their own. This experience has greatly added to Dotty’s knowledge base of vineyards and wineries.
